The Administration oversees the over all function  of the community meetings. 

The Admin shall be accountable to the Board and it members:

  • Provide oversight of the community Office based on reports from the General Secretary;
  • Provide oversight of the budget and resource management;
  • Ensure that operations are in line with the Board decisions and the ONYMA Strategy;
  • Conduct performance reviews of the organization;
  • Be the appointing authority for department directors;
  • Communicate with the Committee Members and Board of Directors
